Da werden die Fans von Sneakerdesigner Ronnie Fieg aber aufatmen. Ein schönes, neues Release von Asics, den man ganz normal im Laden kaufen können wird, und zwar ab Frühjahr 2012. Ein schwarzes Upper mit (signal)-roten Highlights und eine gesprenkelte Mittelsohle. Sehr gut gemacht. Der Colourway ist vermutlich einer von drei oder vier Colorways, die für Aufmerksamkeit sorgen werden. Laut Quelle soll er ab Januar 2012 erhältlich sein. Bei Hanon in England ist er aber jetzt schon vorbestellbar. Du willst nicht solange warten, dann schau bei uns im Onlineshop bei Asics vorbei und hol dir heute noch deine neuen Sneaker. Heute werfen wir mal einen etwas genaueren Blick auf die neueste Zusammenarbeit zwischen Ronnie Fieg und Asics: den Gel Lyte III “Mint Leaf”. Passend zum Sommer ist er komplett in frischen Mint-Tönen gehalten, mit einigen weißen Akzenten und einer weißen Außensohle. Das Obermaterial besteht aus Wildleder und Mesh-Gewebe. Release wird am 15. Juli sein. Bis dahin werft doch einfach mal einen Blick auf die Bilder nach dem Jump und schaut auf Numelo.com vorbei, dort gibt es noch mehr aktuelle Modelle von Asics.

Asics hat sich für ihr neuestes Sommermodell mit den Jungs von Schwedens führendem Sneakerstore “SneakerNStuff” zusammengetan und den Asics GT II herausgebracht. Inspiriert wurde der Sneaker von den Wikingern, die im 4. Jahrhundert Runensteine in Schweden aufstellten. Darum finden sich die Wikinger-Runen auch in den typischen Asics-Streifen und im Fersenbereich wieder. Die Innensohle wurde mit einer kleinen alphabetischen Ãœbersetzungshilfe ausgestattet und auf der Zunge finden sich die Logos von Asics und SNS. Ansonsten kommt der Schuh in einem eher cleanen Look daher, mit einem grauen Wildleder-Upper und roten Akzenten. Zusätzlich zu den grauen Laces gibt es auch noch welche in rot und weiß – hier könnt ihr also auch nochmal Akzente setzen. Mehr Bilder gibt es wie immer nach dem Jump. Asics is always on the lookout for new partnerships and other cool deals to better reach the market.
So, this time, they collaborated with the US retailer PickYourShoes to create a new custom GEL LYTE III sneaker. They gave it a very furious name: Teal Dragon! Mwahaha!! I’m scared.
It’s got that name because of the cool colorway, a combination of fragile baby blue and fierce dragon red.

The sneaker is made of a combination of suede, leather and it features a perforated toe box. For fresh air and stuff. They offer you two sets of shoelaces so you can match then to your mood that morning;)
The model is exclusively available of the PickYourShoes.com website for about $80.

With an anticipation that is worthy of a blockbuster movie, Asics is running out with a brand new pair of running sneakers, strategically named “Alvin Purple”. With a blend of colors raging from light blue to violet and dark grey, the white polka dotted shoe laces make it a pleasure just watching them.
Announced to hit the shelves on October 1, it is most likely to follow on the success of the previous Gel Lyte III which has been around for a couple of years.

The colorful assembly also includes a sizable portion of high quality suede, as well as the usual shiny mesh that lets your feet breathe. All this ru ns on a crispy white sole that is accentuated with grey on the mid foot.
The distinctive Asics stripes on the Alvin Purple have different colors on the interior side than on the exterior. The almost blue or light purple on the exterior turns into a pure black on the inside. But I’ve got to say that the polka-dot laces are a really nice touch and definitely make you focus on them.
As for comfort, we can’t say anything yet, but if history is worth something, I’m sure Asics will provide us with yet another fine sneaker that makes it a pleasure to go out for a run.

Asics just won’t stop from fulfilling its tradition of making collaborations with various sneaker shops that are European. In this case, we will make Italy’s Slam Jam as the primary example. Together with Asics, they were able to create a color blocked pair that is called this Asics Gel Lyte III. We have all seen together the first release of this collaboration during the early part of July. But now we are taking a second look at it, with all its truer colors.
With broad daylight all on these sneakers, we see some light-grey and white uppers. We also see some sick red gradient on the midsole. The collaboration of Slam Jam with sneaker leaders in the past includes Nike Air Force 1. It has been a huge hit too. And with this upcoming Gel Lyte III, we also see a matching pair of socks that perfectly go with the sneakers.
