Nike´s working toghether with another design and style icon. Steven Alan has breathed some inspiration into a capsule collection of footwear from Nike Sportswear. The collection includes the Air Zoom Magma, Air Zoom Toki, Talache Low, and Air Zoom Lava Dome. It’s an interesting mix of shoes, and a bit outside of the usual Nike collaboration platforms. The Steven Alan inspirations are both structural, and for the most part, subtle. The collection is notable for the strong solid leather tones used. Other details include modified lace locks on a few of the shoes, a leather tongue label on the Magma, a side gusset on the Toki, and a D-Ring lace loop on the Talache. Nike gave Steven Alan quite a bit of creative freedom – collaborations rarely involve such structural changes. But the freedom wasn’t abused, and there is nothing to wild or risky here – just an interesting pack, with some really nice upgrades. The new Nike ACG Takos Low LE “Bog Green†is designed specifically to enhance the performance level without any impact of low environment. The shoe has leather upper with the mesh panels to enhance the breathability of the shoe. The leather upper defines the durability of the shoe. Also, the shoe has Achilles notch with heel cup to provide better articulation and flexibility. The shoe is incorporated with the PU midsole for the lightweight cushioning. The PU midsole also act as a shock absorber by reducing the pressure on the foot. The shoe is also incorporated with the rubber outsole that provides durability with the traction on most of the surface. The outsole of the shoe also has Regrind that provides additional traction on any surface.

Yesterday we showed you Nike´s Black History Month Pack. Today we have the complete lineup of this pack for you. To honor Martin Luther King Day (February 17th) 26 NBA Teams played 13 games wearing black and gold Nike, Converse and Jordan sneakers. Some of the sneakers that were showcased on the court were the Nike Air Force 1, Nike Kobe VI, Nike HyperDunk, Air Jordan III, Air Jordan Take Flight, Air Jordan Melo 7, Converse Star Player, and much much more. Nike´s going to release their Black History Month Pack in February and this time it´s inspired by athletes that have truly changed the history of Basketball: Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Julius Irving. The Black History Month Pack features an Air Jordan III, a Nike Zoom Kobe VI, a Converse Dr. J and a Nike Air Force 1 Low, a sneaker that changed the history of sneakers. Each of the sneakers features a Black and Gold upper. The Black color is a nod to the history of Basketball sneakers that were predominantly black in the earlier days of the sport. The Gold color use is inspired by the “Golden Moment” that we strive to achieve. You can see more pics of the pack after the jump, including some detailed pics of the Air Jordan III.

For their Spring 2011 release, Nike continues the more substantial silhouette they had on the Air Royal Mid last season. Nicely walking the line between a classic sneaker and a light-boot, Nike’s new colorways perfectly accent the construction of the shoe. Available in the White/Green and Black/Blue colorways pictured, the shoes feature premium leather uppers and no shortage of fine accents and detailing. See more pics after the jump.

The Nike ACG line has been a shining star for Nike as of late throughout both footwear and apparel design. The Air Abrazio is trademark ACG with a beef and robust midsole with a protective toe bumper and mesh materials. Look for the Nike ACG Air Abrazio at select retailers in the near future.
