Vans iconic sneaker, the Sk8-Hi got a slight hybrid redesign for this season. The relative shape of the skate favorite has been maintained while the toebox loses its previous flat design in favor of a boat shoe moccasin finish. Other noteworthy touches are the use of a fine looking leather and contrasting leather laces. Look for Sk8-Hi Boat LX to arrive at Vans Vault dealers globally.

All black is tres chic … Vans teamed up with all around artist, boarder and musician, Tommy Guerrero to re-up their popularized Decon S piece. Offered in Slip On or Old Skool models, the monochromatic black, leather upper features a slight contrasting, white stitching appropriately placed throughout the shoe. The solid collaboration can be found at highly privileged Vans accounts, such as Premier.

Vans drops a new range of designs as the Spring 2011 season officially kicks off. Featured within the California Collection are new colorways of the Chukka Del Barco CA, Era CA and Zapato Slip CA. All feature easygoing, laid back colorways with a mix of premium textiles. Look for these now through select Vans California accounts, including Proper in Long Beach, California. Some kicks that perfectly fit the weather these days are coming from Vans: the new Vans Sk8-Hi that has been given the name ‘Paint Stomp’. It’s pretty clear after hearing that the design is supposed to emulate jumping into a puddle, and the paint theme adds a mischievous edge to the childlike playfulness. Maybe you can even make your own customs by jumping into a vivid contrast shade like red or blue. Either way, they’ll be out soon and you can see some more pictures after the jump.

Here´s a look at the latest collaboration kick made by Vans and Disney based on the movie “Tron: Legacy”. A film-themed Sk8 Hi features black on canvas and acqua blue on leather colorway, with a TRON tag added on the tongue, Disney tag inside the tongue and some unique designs on the upper.
