I used to write for the Major League Baseball jerseys and now I can’t still believe that even on a shoe blog I am still hunted by the past. I am not saying that I don’t like my past job because in fact I love it. However, baseball is still quite far-fetched for me that’s why having things that can remind me of the game is a good thing. We already saw the Vans silhouette featuring other MLB team such as east coast Boston Red Sox and west coast Chicago White Sox. Now let’s look at the Oakland Athletics’ version of the Vans Vault Chukka LX. This particular sneaker utilized suede of black color for its base as well as the typical white, vulcanized sole. The uppers has a grey piping along the midfoot and inner lining while the Oakland A’s logo can be found on the lateral side. For the overall build, this shoe comes with the nubuck material in navy blue base color. If you look carefully at the mid-panel, you can see where the title came from. With the great success of the Air Jordan 16.5 in late 2009, Jordan Brand has decided to create a low-top hybrid between the Air Jordan XVI (16) and Air Jordan XVII (7). This model is dubbed as the Air Jordan ONE6ONE7, and will feature the AJ 16.5 sole with an upper obviously inspired the AJ 17 Low. This specific pair features a white upper with metallic silver accents and an icey clean sole. Expect to see the Air Jordan ONE6ONE7 at your local retailers later this year. Michael Finley has been in the NBA for a long time now. He’s had a great career with many great NBA teams. Here’s a interesting story for all you Michael Finley fans out there. In 1992, Michael Finley won a contest held by a local TV station in which he won a chance to play one-on-one with Michael Jordan. After the pickup game, Michael Jordan said to Finley “Maybe i’ll see you again in a few years”. And boy was Jordan ever right. So with a great early relationship with Michael Jordan, Michael Finley received many Player Exclusives over the years.
Well here is a Air Jordan XV Player Exclusive that was given to Michael Finley while he was with the Dallas Mavericks. The sneaker was designed to match the Mavericks home uniform. The kicks feature a white leather base with blue accents seen on areas such as the inner lining and midsole. Finleys number with the Mavs, 4, is placed on the inside of the tongue while “FIN” is seen on the pull tab. I’m not a big fan of 15s, so these aren’t really attracting to me. But let us hear your opinion on these.

Nate Robinson breaks out a pair of his own Air Jordans now and then. A couple of weeks ago, Nate Robinson was balling in the Air Jordan VI “Oreo”. Well once again, Nate Robinson wore some pretty serious heat in a special location if you will say. In his return to New York, Nate Robinson wanted to let all the Knicks fans to know that he is a true sneakerhead as he was rocking the Air Jordan XIII “Altitude”. The shoe perfectly matched the Celtics jerseys, so the sneaker was a perfect choice. However, Nate switched back over to the Zoom Soldier III later in the game. The switch totally makes sense, Nate probably wanted to keep the kicks crispy so he switched over to another pair. Check out more pics after the jump.

We previewed one of Pau Gasol’s player exclusive colorways of the Nike Hyperize last year, and we now have two more styles of the model to share. Both pairs are made exclusively for Pau Gasol, the L.A. Lakers’ starting big man. The first sneaker yields a ‘home’ colorway composed of a white upper with purple and gold accents, while the ‘away’ style features a black base with similar gold and purple accents. Just yesterday we showed you both the home and away pairs of Jordan Farmar’s adidas TS Supernatural Creator PE- a basketball sneaker silhouette designed for the fast, cutting guards in the NBA. The adidas TS Supernatural Commander, on the other hand, is built for the big men. To that extent, pictured here is the adidas TS Supernatural Commander PE of the Miami Heat’s young star Michael Beasley. This player exclusive comes in a predominantly black suede base with reflective black shoe laces straps. Lastly, the white outsole comes with both red and yellow pods to coincide with the Heat’s colors- which can also be seen on the shoe laces. Beasley’s jersey number 30 also shows up on the medial side, along with his signature near the heel. One of the best .5 shoes was the Air Jordan 16.5. It was so popular that even some NBA players were seen balling in the 16.5, including Dwyane Wade. Well coming this summer is another hybrid that uses the looks of the Air Jordan XVI and XVII. This one is called the Air Jordan ONE6 ONE7. The ONE6 ONE7 is the basically the low-cut version of the 16.5. The first colorway of the Air Jordan ONE6 ONE7 is a simple White/Metallic Silver. Jordan Brand picked a nice simple colorway for the sneakers first, the last thing you want is a shoe making its debut in a ugly colorway. Most of the sneaker uses white. Patent leather is seen on areas such as the toe and heel. Metallic Silver accents are seen throughout the sneaker.  Also added is a clear icy outsole. Stay tuned for more info as time gos on.

After a short break in the CP3.III releases, Jordan Brand is back with a brand new colorway. Chris Paul and the New Orleans Hornets are about to miss the playoffs for the first time in three years, so it makes sense for Jordan Brand to make this instead of a postseason colorway. This time, the Air Jordan CP3.III comes in a White/University Blue/Varsity Red.
The shoe comes in a real colorful design. This CP3.III features white uppers made of leather with a university blue midpanel that features a white and red embroidered pattern. Also covered in University Blue is the speckled midsole. Varsity Red is placed on areas such as the inner lining, lace holders, and tongue tag. The colorway and design is really dope, lets see if Jordan Brand comes with more CP3.III models. These are available now at the NikeStore.

Air Jordan samples are always loved by many people. From the first sample to the last, Air Jordan has some of the best samples in the shoe game. Well here we get a look at a sample of the Air Jordan I Retro. I really don’t like 1s just because there’s so many of them, but this gets an exception with it being a sample.
This Air Jordan I Retro High Sample comes in a Black/Cyber/Blue Sapphire. Most of the sneaker is covered with black, including the uppers and midsole. Cyber accents are put into use on areas such as the inner lining, shoe laces, and midsole stitching. Blue is placed on the Nike Swoosh and the Jordan Wings logo on the ankle, while the stitching and outsole both come in white. Right now these are just a sample, but Jordan Brand can always feel generous and give these to the public but nothing as of yet.
